Burbank Spa and Garden is the ultimate day spa! The massage therapists and esthetician are very knowledgeable and caters to any concerns you may have. They truly engage with you and make you feel like family. The quality of their products are a must have in between treatments. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and very pro active in her field of detox and healthy living. One conversation with the owner and you are ready to immerse yourself with her healthy living lifestyle. The staff at the spa are so welcoming and professional; that spending a day at the spa is pure serenity for mind body and soul.

My review is based off of the booking experience. My husband tried to be thoughtful and surprise me with a spa day for our 19th wedding anniversary. He booked the appointment with my daughter in the room and told the person that was consulting him that he did not want my phone number used because this was a surprise gift. THEY CALLED ME AND RUINED THE SURPRISE. I am extremely disappointed that my husband went out of his way to try and make a surprise gift and the employees didn't listen to him. My daughter told me while i got the phone call to confirm the appointment that my husband told the lady NOT to use my phone number and replace it with his. Very unprofessional. I called the spa back and they did apologize and offered 10% off. What an insult after injury.

The staff here was incredible! The sauna and changing rooms were very clean and peaceful. The massage was EXCELLENT! I had to sit in my car for about 10min before I drove home. I will definitely be back!

I gave this place 5 out of 5 possible stars. I love the way they’ve organized everything. They care of customers and customers satisfaction if their priority. But most of I like the sauna. Front desk laddies are always polite and nice. Backyard is really cozy and calm, there is even small fountain in the yard. Location is good, there is a little bit of a noise from the traffic at daytime, but it is ok ✅. There are only few places now with open sauna. Highly recommend. By appointment most likely.

Can I say how amazing this place is in words, not really. First, the feeling as you walk through the garden to the reception is so lovely and calming in itself. Then the vibes of the space with so much history of the area and the cozy warm atmosphere was a true delight. My husband and I had a couples massage, and this was our first, but it won't be our last. So peaceful and the masseuses were so excellent. We usually have trouble finding someone who understands the strength and areas that need to be worked on the most, but these ladies were pros. Loved the sauna, my old place did not offer that and I feel that added so much to the entire experience. Had my nails gelled and manicured and everything was so clean and sanitary which is something I look for. Great day there, will bring a book next time and sit in the garden after my services to complete the serenity I felt.
